So blessed to be asked again to make Audrey's 2nd birthday cake.

This cake is a simple cake with Miffy and her friends.

When I think of the word defying gravity, I start singing the song form Wicked the musical.
As per usual, I always make my own birthday cake. Can't wait till one day when I be surprise, when one of my kids will make me a cake.

This cake is not a very big cake. As most of my friends know there is too much cakes in the house. I don't blame the family for not wanting to eat more cakes.

I was thinking of making something small but say alot about me. I love having my oats for breakfast every morning and what better thing to do to make it to a cake.so I decided this year for my birthday cake the defying gravity theme. This cake is a small cake with white chocolate ganach.
