So blessed to be asked by a close friend to make her youngest daughter 13th Birthday cake. I have known C and K for more then 25 years. Beginning of this year they have asked me to make their eldest daughter's 18th birthday cake and this time they asked me again to make their youngest daughter's 13th birthday cake.
I always love it when asked to make a special cake, especially when it comes to certain mile stone one a child's life. I love to see the child;s face light up when they sees their special birthday cake.
This cake is a small 8 inc cake vanilla sponge with swirl
rosette italian meringue butter cream.. The decoration is just simple with bunting flags...and Neco Coneco sitting on a log.
If you are wondering what is a Neco Coneco, well is a Japanese cartoon cat character. I have no idea what it was until I was told.
Really hope Birthday girl likes her cake.
