Simple Red velevt cake

This cake is a red velvet cake with Italian meringue butter cream. This is a special farewell cake for our friend Jacqui. Jacqui will be leaving us to go to Taiwan as a missionary for 2 years. We will miss her heap!! We will miss her smile and laughter. I really hope she likes the cake. We will miss you Jacqui and we will be praying for you.

Camping theme cake

Always a blessing when asked to do a cake. My Pastor's wife asked me to make a cake for our church's pastors 40th Birthday. He is a God fearing and loving man, who serve our church. He loves the outdoor and he loves camping. This cake is a gluten free chocolate cake cover in Italian meringue butter cream with royal icing pipping of grass. Really hope he loves the cake.

Wedding cake

What an honor to be part of a wedding. This cake is a simple but elegant cake that was inspired to match their wedding invitation. The top monogram of the cake is the exact font like the wedding invitation.

Soccer ball and jersy cake

It was a challenging making this soccer ball cake. This cake is a citrus cake cover in lemon and orange icing. The cake is made for a friends husband who is a big fan of the Sydney FC soccer.
Quite happy with the result and really hope they like the cake looks and taste.

Been a busy start of the year. Been baking so much, especially macarons.
As you know I love macarons ! Just can't get enough of these little tasty macarons fills with creamy fillings. I love watching them rising up to produce those little feet, and the wow looks when someone take their first bite. This is my very first international traveling macarons. They will be traveling all the way to New York as a gift. I really hope they will survive their journey and make it thru customs.
