OMF International (formerly the China Inland Mission and Overseas Missionary Fellowship), founded by James Hudson Taylor in 1865. OMF serve the church and bring the gospel to many of the countries in East Asia, and have a pioneering ministry in the rest.
I have know so many OMF missionary that have serve in countries like Taiwan, Japan, and Malaysia.
So to be asked to make this cake is a really honor.
This cake is a chocolate cake with Swiss meringue butter cream with chocolate ganache.
The decoration is really simple with the OMF logo and also small logos of countries that OMF serve in.
The photo of the cake is not too good as I only take it with my phone.
