Happy 70th Birthday

Made this birthday cake for my dad's 70th birthday. Is a very Chinese design and I wasn't sure if I have the right Chinese character made correctly.
This cake is a chocolate mud cake.

Coke or a Cake.

We all love chocolate. I was thinking of making something simple with lots of chocolate.

Made this cake for a special girl who is turning 18. Everyone thought why is the cake is so small. As you can see from the photo everyone was looking at the little cake that the candle was sitting on.
They also wonder why we are having coke.

This is a fun cake. The coke bottle is actually is the cake.

 

Ewoks birthday cake

Happy birthday to Caleb! He loves Star wars and especially Ewoks.

This cake is a 5 inch height chocolate cake with 3  handmade figurines.

Love the way the colours turned out on this cake.
Chocolate cake with Italian meringue buttercream with sugar paste monkey figurine.

Film reel cake

This cake is a vanilla cake covered in italian meringue butter cream with edible prints.

What a blessing to make this cake for a friend that I have know for many years.
The prints are all edible and the pop corns are all hand made from fondant.
I found a roll of wasi tape of tickets that I tape around the board to go with the theme of film and movies.
