This cake is a red velvet cake with Italian meringue butter cream. This is a special farewell cake for our friend Jacqui. Jacqui will be leaving us to go to Taiwan as a missionary for 2 years. We will miss her heap!! We will miss her smile and laughter. I really hope she likes the cake. We will miss you Jacqui and we will be praying for you.
