Bihun Goreng ( fried rice vermicelli)


Vermicelli is one of my favorite type of noodles. I love to have vermicelli fried.


150g bihun,( rice vermicelli) cooked according to instructions on the packaging,
150g cabbage leaves, roughly sliced
3Tb margarine
1 onion, finely sliced
garlic, finely chopped
3 Tb sweet soy sauce
2 Tb oyster sauce
2 spring onion, sliced
salt and pepper
