Film reel cake

This cake is a vanilla cake covered in italian meringue butter cream with edible prints.

What a blessing to make this cake for a friend that I have know for many years.
The prints are all edible and the pop corns are all hand made from fondant.
I found a roll of wasi tape of tickets that I tape around the board to go with the theme of film and movies.

Mystery Wedding Cake

Never before in my life to have a bride and groom that gave me the permission to make their wedding cake the way I wanted.

I called this my mystery wedding cake. The only think I was asked to do is to have a 3tiers cake, with sugar flowers ( what ever flowers I want to make ) and it should be pink.

I try to think of something elegant and simple... and this is what I come up with.

This cake is a chocolate cake with a handmade sugar peony flowers topped with a few fresh fruits and a strawberry macaron.

My dear friend C is turning 40, I was thinking of giving her a cake that will say alot about her.
C, like traveling around the world and taking photos.

This cake is a red velvet cake.
Each photos are printed on an edible print that show case all the things she love.
