Peony wedding cake

Really love the look of this cake. The colour of the peonies and the matching ribbons really show case the elegant look of the cake.
I was so blessed to be asked to make this cake for a good friend of mind. I have know the bride since she was 6 years old. It was such a honor to be asked to make this cake.
I have so much fun making the sugar flowers. I really enjoy making and dusting the petals of the peony.

Skylander - Sypro and Trigger Happy cake

I was asked by a good friend to make  Skylander birthday cake for their son's birthday. Before this cake I have no idea what is a skylander.
The portal is made of a white chocolate mud cake, and the two figurine is hand made from sugar.
I have a few trouble especially trying to make Trigger Happy arms and hand to stay up, at the end I have given up and make on of his hand to support his body.
Sypro on the other hand have his own challenge.Those two wing was a night mare for me. Trying to find the support and making sure they stay up.
These figurine took me 2.5 weeks to make, and I have heaps of fun :)

I love to trick the mind in thinking that what you see is what you get. This is another crazy idea I have for my husband birthday. Been wanting to make this cake for awhile now.

This cake is my favourite chocolate mud cake cover in ganache. Had fun creating this cake carving and sculpturing the cake. This is my version of little suckling pig in mud cake.

Pink and Purple....Princess cake

So blessed to be able to make this cake for our friend's niece. This cake is a vanilla cake with cherry butter cream filling made especially for the birthday girl, to let her know her aunty who can not be there misses her very much. The silver tiara is handmade from sugar sprayed with silver luster dust.

Minion cake from despicable me.

This cake is made especially for my daughter. She love cute stuff and she love The minon from Despicable me. This cake is made from white choc mud cake with marble ganache.

Wedding cake - White choc mud cake

Was so blessed to be asked by the beautiful couple D and V to make their wedding cake.
This cake is a 2 tiers white chocolate mud cake. The figurine is hand made, and I had a great time making these especially the details on the bride dress as it matches her dress. The side of the cake is hand piped and hand painted with silver with braille of the initials of the couple.

This cake is a simple and elegant cake.
