It was an honor to be asked to make a wedding cake. As most of my friends know how I love wedding cakes. I was asked by the bride to make this simple but yet elegant cake.
I also was asked to make 420 pieces of cakes as a bonbonniere. This amazing marble cake is a recipe from my mom. This cake is so moist, and to make 420 pieces I have used 125 eggs to make 4 large slab cakes.
